Hello everyone!! I leave you an ideal training to start training and get fit. It consists of a warm-up where we will mobilize our entire body in a dynamic way preparing it for training that will be two laps. The first will be simple exercises for 30 seconds each exercise and 10 seconds of rest, the second round will be the same only with its respective prolongation and difficulty of each exercise.
